Our dedication to the core value, “we contribute our time, talents, and resources to community and world service” led to the formation of The Building Goodness Foundation with Howard Pape in 1999. This opportunity to give back has allowed Alexander Nicholson to send our employees to numerous impoverished countries such as Haiti, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Bolivia as well as Gulf Coast areas impacted by Hurricane Katrina to help construct community buildings for those in need.
In service to the greater Charlottesville community, we have partnered with many local non-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, JABA, Camp Holiday Trails, Hospice of the Piedmont and Legal Aid.
Every successful project we complete continues to provide this opportunity for us to make a difference in the lives of others where the ripple effect of our efforts extends far beyond our physical contributions. Each client that engages our construction service partners with us in this valuable endeavor.
