Alexander Nicholson completed the historic renovation of Carr’s Hill, the president’s residence at the University of Virginia. The American Institute of Architects of both Richmond and Virginia bestowed historic preservation awards on the project, recognizing Alexander Nicholson for excellence. The project also received an award from the International Interior Design Association of Virginia. We were honored to work on this project with Glave & Holmes Architecture, John G.
